These Terms of Use govern your access to Pulsefect and your use of its social, creator, music, community, advertising and publishing features. By creating an account, submitting an application or using Pulsefect, you agree to follow these terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must meet Pulsefect’s age requirements and provide accurate information. Keep your credentials secure and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Your content and permission to operate
You keep ownership of content you create or lawfully provide. You grant Pulsefect a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, perform, format, distribute and technically process that content as needed to operate, secure, improve and promote the service, subject to your settings and applicable law.
Music and rights clearance
Before uploading, submitting, linking or otherwise using music, recordings, videos, artwork, images or other material, you must own the material or have every permission, license and consent required for Pulsefect’s intended use. Do not submit content you do not have the legal right to use. You are responsible for claims arising from your content.
Acceptable use
Do not use Pulsefect for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, harassment, threats, hate or abuse, sexual exploitation, violence, self-harm promotion, impersonation, privacy violations, unauthorized access, malware, spam or interference with the service.
Reports and moderation
You may report content, accounts or activity that appears illegal, infringing, abusive, hateful, threatening, sexually exploitative, disturbing or otherwise inconsistent with these terms. Pulsefect may review, restrict, remove or preserve content and may suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, enforcement or legal compliance.
Programs, payments and third parties
Music, creator, advertising, payout and other programs may have additional terms presented when you participate. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Availability and changes
Pulsefect may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and availability may vary by device, location or account type. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Termination
You may stop using Pulsefect or request account deletion through available controls. Pulsefect may restrict or terminate access for violations, legal requirements, security risks or misuse. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.
Disclaimers and limits
Pulsefect is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Pulsefect disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
